TL;DR The goal of this program is to distribute over 100.000k $ARB to the best builders, innovators and educators in the Arbitrum ecosystem in a plural, democratic and positive sum way.

People apply with their projects and donors decide how the funds get allocated to them via the magic of Quadratic voting. This is the follow up round after the Arbitrum Domain Round, in that round the people helped us distribute 100k $DAI to the matching pools of this round.

This is probably the most democratic and plural grant funding program in the history of web3!💙
